An exciting Zero Carbon project shaping up on a carpark in Wales for local authorities, with Comax Klik Standing Seam, finished in textured matt anthracite.

In just 3 days, all the modules were installed perfectly at the site. 12 vulnerable people will be housed in these quality Modular homes with ultra-low energy bills.

Interestingly, scaffolding was erected and groundworks completed before the modules arrived on site. Perfect example of precision manufacturing, with the roofing completed in the modular factory along with the rest of the build.

Affordable Homes, Bromley

We are pleased to be a part of this collection of Award Winning 1 and 2 bed affordable flats, that were constructed in a modular factory then transported to site on a car park in Bromley. Comax KLIK Standing Seam was used across all the roofs, with the solar panels installed on site. Produced with the local borough Council, and sited on a carpark, these are a superb way of producing local affordable housing with the roofing completed in the modular factory along with the rest of the build.

Comax KLIK standing seam in Aluminium Textured Anthracite was chosen for the build due to its light weight and ease of fitting to complete the low energy, high quality homes.

Hope Rise, Bristol

This housing project "Hope Rise", in collaboration with Bristol City Council, Bristol Housing Festival and YMCA Bristol, has been designed to be the first 100% affordable and zero-carbon housing development in Bristol. It is a pioneering environmental and socially focused development which will deliver much needed social housing in St George for young people in need of affordable housing.

We are proud to partner with Zedpod in this project, which uses our COMAX KLIK system and material for flashings in Textured Aluminium and complements the appearance and style of the build perfectly.

Hinchingbrooke NHS Workers Accomodation, Hinchingbrooke

We were approached to help with this urgently needed Modular project for NHS worker accomodation. We produced the material for the roof and complementing flashings around windows and it was assembled quickly in the factory for delivery to site. Finished in our PUR-PA coating in RAL 7016, PV panels were fitted with ease using clamps that attach to the standing seam profile, meaning no penetrations in the roof.
