COMAX ALUKRYT® is a traditional Czech roofing with universal use, made of aluminum sheet alloys. With the ALUKRYT® sheeting production has more than 45 years history at company METAL TRADE COMAX, a.s. This is associated with experience in the field of coating and subsequent profiling of aluminum, with an emphasis on the durability of this lightweight large-format covering. The main advantages of this sheet metal cover are low weight, easy handling and very fast laying on the full-plank decking.

ALUKRYT® 444/888 is a roofing suitable for fast covering of larger roof areas with a slope down to 15°. With the classic COMAX ALUKRYT® 444/1000mm sheet, the 30° slope of the roof is required. The sheets are very ductile, so they can also be used for rugged and complicated roof systems, especially for industrial buildings. Not only industrial but also agricultural objects are abundantly associated with this type of roof covering, which can also be used for interior lining or for building facades.

LONG-LIFE ALUMINIUM ROOFING - ALUKRYT® 444/888

Alukryt® is a good choice for covering pitched and steep roofs with an emphasis on the durability and color fastness of the roof covering. Due to lightweight aluminum alloy roofing weighs only 1.95 Kg/m².

Despite its low weight, this roofing is one of the most durable. Its other advantages undoubtedly include its strength, fire resistance and recyclability.

Material used for the production of metal roofing Alukryt® - a hardened aluminum alloy, which by alloy addition increases its resistance to hail storms and at the same time reduces the thermal expansion of the material.

ROOFING USED DOWN TO 15° / 30° PITCH TILE WITH A MINIMUM OVERLAP 400 mm/100 mm.

Metal sheet template Alukryt® is fitted on a full-plank decking using the bitumous membrane separation underlay. Using it, we ensure the sound insulation of the roofing in rain and wind, also with leveling the formwork against the sheets and separating the roofing from impregnated timber. The asphalt strip helps to stabilize the sheet during temperature fluctuations and thus reduces condensation on the back of the roofing.

ALUKRYT® TEMPLATES ARE A SUITABLE SOLUTION FOR RUGGED ROOFS.

The roofing stands out for its low weight and 1000 x 464 mm sheet size. By simple adapting the sheet, we significantly eliminate unwanted cuts and reduce waste of used material. Alukryt®, means easy handling and fitting of the roofing, saving on transport and storage.

ALUKRYT® WITH SAFE CONNECTION OF ROOF WINDOWS AND PERMEATIONS.

Alukryt® is a roofing which due to its shape, usability and standing seam function reduces the demands on the craftsmanship of sheet metal fitting in those details. Alukryt® sheets can be easily folded into the fitted window edging at down to 15 ° roof pitch and can be securely fixed to the plank underlay using a twisted aluminum nail with PVC washer.

COMAX ALUKRYT® FOR COVER BUILDING FACADES

The Alukryt® aluminum sheet is also suitable for covering facades, ceilings and interior walls of buildings. Those are mainly the walls of production plants, warehouses and retail spaces, where the sheets protect the building with the same resistance as the roof surfaces.

The modern look with vertical or horizontal overlap of the locks is a safe and windproof building envelope solution. The wide range of colour shades ensures the perfect matching of the façade shade with the shade of the roofing, or is adapted to the construction requirements with the option of STUCCO (textured and embossed surface finish).

PRODUCTION OF ALUKRYT ROOFING SHEET

A new machine for the production of "endless" large-format Alukryt® 444/888 is located in Czech Republic at the main subsidiary of COMAX ROOFS® centre. The shorter sheet and narrower profile are complemented by a wide format for complex roof details such as skylights, chimneys, dormers, etc., thus reducing the amount of waste in these details and optimizing the cost of covering literally to each roof.
